Privacy Policy

RSX Group ("RSX", "we", "our", or "us") operates web services, APIs, and digital products primarily for the Roblox platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it. It applies to all RSX services including the RSX website, Themis, the Forms system, and the Share link service.

We collect only what is necessary to operate our services.

Account & Identity

• —Your Roblox user ID — collected when you link your account or make a purchase
• —Your Discord user ID — collected when you link your Discord account via Themis
• —The association between your Roblox and Discord IDs (your account link)
• —The timestamp at which your account link was created

Purchase & License Records

• —Order identifiers, amounts paid, and currency
• —Stripe session IDs and payment intent references (not card details — these never reach RSX)
• —Stripe customer IDs associated with your Roblox account
• —License identifiers, the product licensed, payment method used, and grant timestamp
• —License holder and buyer Roblox IDs, and any transfer history

Form Submissions

• —Any information you voluntarily enter into an RSX-hosted form
• —A client-generated submission token used to prevent duplicate submissions
• —The timestamp of your submission

Short Link Analytics

• —Click timestamps, referrer URLs, user agent strings, and country codes for RSX-managed short links
• —This data is aggregate in nature and is used only for internal analytics

To be explicit about what RSX does not hold:

• —Card numbers, CVVs, bank details, or any raw payment credentials — these are handled exclusively by Stripe
• —Passwords of any kind
• —Real names, physical addresses, or government-issued identifiers
• —Email addresses, unless you voluntarily provide one when contacting us
• —Persistent browser cookies or cross-site tracking data
• —Any data from minors that would require parental consent beyond what Roblox itself collects

• —To fulfil purchases: issuing licenses, recording orders, and associating products with your account
• —To enforce license validity: verifying that the holder of a license is authorized when a product is accessed
• —To assign and sync Discord roles associated with your purchased products
• —To process refund requests where applicable
• —To power optional features such as form submissions and short link analytics
• —To investigate and respond to reports of Terms violations or abuse
• —To maintain accurate records for operational and audit purposes

RSX does not sell, rent, or trade your data. We share limited data with third parties only where strictly necessary for service operation:

RSX data is stored in Cloudflare D1 databases and Cloudflare KV, hosted within Cloudflare's infrastructure. Access to these databases is restricted to authorized RSX systems and personnel only. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose it was collected:

• —Account links are retained until you request removal or your account is terminated
• —License and order records are retained indefinitely for audit and support purposes
• —Form submissions are retained at the discretion of the form administrator and deleted when the form is removed
• —Short link click data is retained until the link is deleted

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of data RSX holds about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact RSX through the official Discord server. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Note that certain data — such as license records — may be required for us to continue providing services or to comply with our own policies, and may not be deletable in all circumstances.

RSX services are intended for users who meet Roblox's minimum age requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data to RSX without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

RSX may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of RSX services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
